Derrick Inspection

A derrick inspection & 20% Bolt Check will be carried out as per API RP 4G Cat III. API RP 4G Cat III – Recommended practice for maintenance and use of drilling and well servicing structures. The integrity, fastening, and security check on below equipment and areas, but not limited to: Derrick's main structure, such as primary structure (deck, module, secondary guiders, columns), secondary structure (stiffening element, supports, pipe rocks, and all structure elements), tertiary structure (non-structure, handrails, stairs, ladders, gratings, flooring, etc.), fall-carester, accessories. Derrick sub-structure, such as shoes and pedestals, floor area, sub-structure components, stairs, and handrails. Main equipment: Crown block, sheaves, pipe racking system, casing stabbing basket, top drive system, traveling block, casing stabbing basket, fingerboard.
