Heat Treatment (PWHT)

To improves the properties of an object that has been introduced by welding process, ACM are specialized to perform PWHT for steel, vessel, metal fabrication, pipe, tubular, casing, and many more. Our Flexible policy enable us to conduct PWHT at our own premises, or at our client designated site. Certain benefits on conducting PWHT at our site are (but not limited to): Improved ductility of the material & adjust hardness properties; Reduced risk of brittle fracture; Relaxed thermal stress; Tempered metal; Removal of diffusible hydrogen (to prevent hydrogen induced cracking); Improved metallurgical structure.
